Is Diversion a Risk in Primary Iliocolic Resection?
In recent studies of ilocolic resection for crones, the rate of diversion fom male clinic was about nine %. A cleveand clinic study was 22% and a national niscrip study was about eight%. Peter thoughtsit's why, again, i think it's a good study. The results are believable. I sort of real time what happened. But i want to point out what percentage of the patients were diverted following their iliocolic recection. How often should we divert following a locolic resection? In this study, it was 23%, is that high?
