The Pros and Cons of Medical School Training
There used to be this trope that it was just numbers wise, more competitive to get into p a school in medical school. I don't think that's true, at least doesn't seem to be true qualitatively. There are also potential prose and cons to the different amount of investment in the training for these different groups of people. We've talked about how they sill need to be trained, but there's less mandatory training. But i think this does make differences. Many places, many of these jobs, the average time and grade in that specialty is maybe a few years. Is not five, ten, 15, 20 years. It can be hard to keep people in those positions and retaining
