How to Start a Restaurant Business?
We met in Nando's in Hammersmith in the summer of 2005. He was running the restaurant business for Coca-Cola in Denmark. And he said, would you mind giving him 30 minutes of your time? I always thought it was always good if you can't help people. We ended up going to a pub and then all the best ideas obviously start from finishing pubs. So, some of them go home that night saying, I want to start this business called Just Eat. It went from there.
