80% of the homes that will need by 2025 are already built in the UK and most of these will actually need to be retrofitted. The challenge is monumental but also the opportunity is for us even greater absolutely. We try to identify from the outset unintended consequences as well as of course the the game so with starting always with a whole life um sorry a whole house retrofit approach.
