If you have a high APOB, but a very low remnant cholesterol, try to eat most of your food at home without the use of these oils. The risk of metabolic syndrome related to remnant cholesterol in women was higher than that in men. It's important to recognize that this remnant cholesterol number is looking at triglyceride enriched atherogenic lipoprotein specifically.
