Jonathan Karl: I think the urgency is definitely there. If you think about the composition of the Congress, even though Democrats picked up one net seat in the Senate, it is more Trumpian, if you will. And so I think you're going to have fewer Republicans willing to compromise on the Democratic points. So I'm not as optimistic. But we certainly need a solution at the border and we also need a solution for people who've been here for a long time.
