Women in the Workplace, and the Domination of Men in the Workplace
Burtwright: In the world of business y, generally, the approach that's taken is to make it more ok for women to act like men in the workplace. And a critique of that that a no detaker likes to talk about a lot - and i wish he was here to talk about it more -- is that our solution is based on this assumption that the way men do things is the best way. He says we need to rid ourselves of these feelings of wanting to nurture, or wanting to be, i'm loving and caring, and, you know, theyrefore a partner in these ways.
