How I Decided on Restructuring Men

Cullen: I grew up in a small-ish town in Pennsylvania, Eastern Pennsylvania called Bethlehem. And Bethlehem is sort of famous for being home to Bethlehem Steel. Both my parents worked in steel company; they met there when they were in their early 30s. They both lost their jobs on the same day during one of the early reductions in force that the company implemented as it was struggling with its liquidity and other operational and financial issues. Cullen: As I learned more about this and I became more familiar through my dad with what was going to happen to the company and our community and our family, I was immediately interested in restructuring men.
