Every time hive thought about it, it causes me anxiety. So i'm trying to think about what i could have perhaps done differently im in the moment. And so that's sort of my way of stepping outside of that repetitive feedback loop. If we can get into the ladter were we don't get stuck in these loops where, you know, caus if we get stuck in the review and regret, we get identified with that. That doesn't let the healing process happen.
