Product-Led Growth at a PLG Company?

In the old world of SaaS, the buyer began with me. And that's what we would have called like maybe a sales-led growth model. Now we live in a world where whether it's freemium or there's some opportunity for the buyer's journey to start with the product itself. That is where sales comes in. It's not last mile per se. We can introduce folks to the product, but we have a role that is cooperative and assisting to the product herself.
