UX Research in a Product Management Environment

Product managers and UX designers played an important role in terms of research idea development. The IT team was also important because they would write complex queries that allowed me to get customer contact information for user research. For vendors, like user interviews, I was assigned a few points of contact where I reached out to when I had questions about their platform.
