We did a small 150 patients back when I was in Boston and found absolutely no difference between the groups. Of course you could also consider doing some form of steroid that had a longer half-life so you might get some of the steroid effect in the post-cardic arrest phase as well. And there they seem to be equivalent in the sense that there's no worse or better outcome with vasopressin compared to adrenaline. So it's a little confusing. It's hard to sort of figure out what's what and perhaps it is the combination of the two drugs.
