How to Accept a Compliment

People with lower self esteem, in response to getting positive compliments, have just less brain activity than people with high self esteem. The more self esteem you approach a compliment with, the more benefit you'll get from it. But what they've also found through research, a studies, are saying that the compliment will affect your whole body well. So if we have more self esteem internally, will be able to perform and respond better when people do complement us.
