I always want onions an my peas. I like, id t add something to it, i don't know. If i forget the shalots, which i did on one occasion, it really is a lot worse,. not just for flavour, but because i am missing that little, those little crunchy bits. It's amazing how much i've enjoyed it lately. Id finded it very exciting. But i think the onions are doing quite a lot of th heavy lifti i agree. See, see, i'm no o, ok.
