I used to play on the site of the Shire Golf course before it was built. Elis, if you want to go footballers spotting, that's a good place to go. There's an epidemic of restaurants passing off Graner Padano as Parmesan. I swear, all the United and the Purple players live there. They often stay at the Belfry, visiting football teams when they're playing in Birmingham. If I blindfolded you, you would be able to distinguish between those two very similar cheeses. So what are the key differences? It's quite hard not to sound like a pond, isn't it, winter scribing?"
