The Skatasendra and the Ice Death

The southern Skadrians blame their kings, the people who are in power at the time. And so those kings have been excommunicated from all of their tribes into their own little group that is called the Fallen. Those people are required to wear plain white masks and they can earn a more ornate mask if they do some great deed. But for now, they have been shunned to the side. Yeah, a real bummer for just being the victim of harmony coming to power. So they have to work together in order to make life. We have stop. We have go. Obviously, this is a way to understand the shards of ruin and preservation.
