Jeffrey Toobin: It's easy to offload the responsibility of helping people step into new ways of working and new ways of being in the organization. And so I think one of the sales to your own HR team is this idea that through doing this work differently within mission based teams, they are going to learn all or most of the skills that are most heavily researched as being future of work skills. So really learning data literacy and facilitation and contracting and workflow reengineering should be compelling because these skills are valuable. Whether you stay in HR or whether you become a CEO, they're just, you should have them.
