The euro-dollar market has always been portrayed as this sort of shadowy secondary market for offshore dollars that no one has any transparency into. And, you know, Jess Nider, who is, I think, most folks full sort of identify him with being associated with your dollars and just explaining how that system works. Yeah, I would tend to agree with you there, Jack. But the interesting thing in this whole thing is when Franklin National Bank was undergoing stress and the Fed was opening up the discount window to them, which are based in the US but also a Caribbean branch and a London branch. There's an interesting little precedent that we'll talk about in terms of the euro- dollar market
