The Impact of Smartphones on Sleep Quality

We tend to become cyphotic. Our shoulders come forward, head down. If you saw somebody who is not on their phone, and their head is down and their bodies slump forward, what emotion is that person portraying? Because our physical posture influences or emotions, right? Motion. And so we're creating these abnormal frames and muscle and balances by being on our phones constantly. The average person spends three to five hours a day on the phone.
