Access to Support for People With Mental Health Problems
Half of people with mental health problems have difficulty using the telephone. Most energy companies' extra customer support is only on the phone. There's so little support for people to navigate the benefit system. Lots of social tariffs that are a reduced rate you can pay for your energy, but they don't actively promote them.
