The day i got my offer letter, i called someone else and was like, hey, you want coming to tech? For me it's every step up the ladder, someone else should be replacing you where you ere. My wife is a career planterd, a recom battalion. I talk to all her marines like, right, if this is what you're trying to do, i help them come up with plans. And just helping people get comfortable with failing. Because in technology, you have to fail,. You or no one wakes up a cotor that can just code with no red lineslike no everyone makes mistakes.
