What Gets Measured Gets Managed
Lag measures are how much did you earn last quarter? It's a lag measure because the result already happened. If your number of intro cals is going down, there's a good chance you're off track. Lead measures are those that are going to tell you are you on track or not. The way that i've been thinking about this in my business lately is looking for measurable loops. Instead of what gets measured gets managed, i woan to say, what gets systematized gets managed.
