The Importance of Sacred Space

I was blessed at the age of 36 to have created enough momentum and wealth in my life that I could take some time off. The third thing that's needed is a ritual elder, a leader or keeper of the space. A man who loves young men so much that he gives himself over for their growth. He might be considered like the cook in the kitchen who puts you in the oven but he stays on the outside because he'll only he knows when you're done. There must be one. Initiation isn't a democratic process. Men democracy itself is not very masculine at all. Monarchy is masculine. Men work in vertical lines, women work in circles. So there's a hierarchy
