The Government's Plan to Get to Net Zero on Climate Change

Is the government being honest about its plans to get to net zero? There are really good questions. This is an investment for domestic, cheap, clean sources of power and technologies that will improve people's lives. I do somewhat worry that they miss the scale of the impacts of climate change. If you think about the 40 degree heat wave last summer, you think about flooding or fires from poor air quality. And so in some ways, I don't mind it being labelled as energy security because it is,. It's broad social and economic goals which the government really does understand across the cabinet table.
