When we listen to what people need to do to do their work, that's conducive. We're resilient when someone bears witness to our loss when they listen. And we feel nurtured when people listen to what we aspire to do in life and help us do it. Tom Peters: The highest achievement that you can make as a leader will be judged not by profit but by the quality and assistance you've given to help others grow.
