How Do You Write Crime Fiction?

Jodi fosser is the author of two books about police procedures. She has been writing thrillers for a few years but wanted to try something different. After self-publishing her first nine books, she realised they didn't sell very well. So she did some research into what other authors were doing and used that to write in her own style. Her new book corfcastle murders was awarded an award at this year's Booker prize.
