How Joseph Smith Recorded the First Vision
First-hand accounts are always best, right? Because we're trying to piece together the first vision. We're not piecing it together from recollections of what people remember hearing Joseph say. So that's historical gold, isn't it? A primary source is always going to be better than a second-hand, third-hand account. But in historical discourse, we're going to go with a primary source over a secondary source.
