If your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. One tool that i found really useful is froma the via institute on character. It's a quick, a ten or 15 minute survey that helps you to identify what they call character strengths. And when you infuse your work with that value, with those values, it becomes more fulfilling and expression of who you are as an individual.
