How did you find IFS like how did that become part of your story? Yeah, I was a very eclectic therapist looking for a home. It's funny because I was always sort of having I had a hard time just saying, Okay, I want to do this modality and something just was like, you know, I think I'm just going to go with this and see where it goes.
