Culture Audit - What Does It Mean for You?

At simpson, they have their version of a culture audit. It's a culture and leadership survey. The first time we did this, it was feedback that people felt that they couldn't really say something if they saw something that was against our values or against our policies. And so as a result, we launched a programme specifically to address that - called speak up, listen up. We opened an anonymous phone tip line. All managers took training. We conna put our money where our mouth is. Yet i would say everyone in our company is sible for protecting the culture. But what it means for me is justit is going back and making sure that we are a value driven organization
