Social media is a very salient part of the social landscape right now, and ah, these issues that are being associated with it are probably mostly just manifestations of things that happen in adolescence. It seems completely plausible to me that having the ability to always be comparing yourself to actual pictures of other for example, you know, your your teen girl friends or whatever, at all times,. isn't really as much respite from it as you might have thought.
