The Culture of Innovation

It has to be encouraged company wide and it has to go beyond the management pushdown, right? Like managers can sit up on the stage in a panel and talk about innovation. But at the end of the day, it's the team itself that recognize when somebody has a good idea or they show some appreciation for an experiment. And this isn't even formal recognition. It's not like we're giving each other certificates or giving each other cash awards.
