CPR - What's Your Average Nears?

N-Tidal CO2 monitors are a little harder to adjust your CPR quality to. I don't think they respond fast enough based on how you're doing your quality. We will have some data too on nears. But for me, all of our cardiac patients have nears monitors, cerebral and somatic. And I kind of lump it in with N-Tidal. The higher I can get it, the better I feel, particularly the sick nears with good perfusion of the kidneys.
