Taking a Health and Safety Approach to Increasing Productivity

Joell: Sometimes i do see some of that research becoming a little bit self serving for the industry. I haven't really seen any r o i on actually doing the systemic change that we talking about, taking more of er health and safety approach. And look, i know i'm a bit of a pollyanna in this space, but i do really believe that if you get that job and work design right, that the upside is really there for business. If you actually get the des right, it will just, it pays off for itself.
