I truly believe that if we provide clarity, and I really do feel that if an individual optimizes for protein, everything else falls into place. Right now, the NHANES data would suggest that we are 70% plant based. And to me, that's a non negotiable. The way and the mechanism for how we protect an optimized skeletal muscle especially as we age is we must optimize for protein.
