If I'm a potential world-class footballer the first time that I can get access to an A-licomes coach and a grass pitch is at the age of 18 according to Fife Law. In Niger obviously it's still very difficult for me but I'm not legally restricted to move to pursue my passion whereas in football I am. Africa has 54 countries and only four slots at the World Cup. Europe has less than that number of countries and you know around 13 slots of the World Cup next year. The brands that African football can develop are more appealing for a lot of a lot of players than playing for their national teams in Europe if they've got dual nationality. You see with Morocco
