Is There a First Amendment Protection of Same-Sex Marriage?
David Frum: If Alito is the only one saying that gay marriage is different from interracial marriage, doesn't that imply that all those who are going to still find for the plaintiff in this case will then basically say it's okay to not serve interracial couples? He says he agrees with David. Frum: I don't know if all six of them are going to be able to agree on a rationale. It could matter a great deal but the breadth of the ruling will determine that.
