Nothing says holidays like family and food, and Ahan, a local Laotian spot, has both. We sat down with the restaurant’s co-owner and chef, James Beard Semifinalist Jamie Brown-Soukaseume, to ask about her expansion to Williamson’s Street, which of her mother’s recipes made it to the menu, and even the secret ingredient behind the Laotian cuisine.
