I think one of the big reasons we wanted to open a pub rather than a restaurant was because again, you don't really have to pigeonhole yourself into one cuisine. So we take influences from everywhere, especially sort of Spanish, Mediterranean, North African. And yeah, any chef throughout their career, they're just a product of their environment. And that's what they become.
