Are the Queues Really Coming Back?

I think it has to be a re-rotation. If you look at the equal weight S&P versus the queues, the run that the queues have seen in the last 30 days versus the equalweight S&P is huge,. But that relationship is still very decidedly in a downward trend. So there's going to be another fake out between the queues and the S&P equal weight or some of the more value names or the smaller names. Isn't that kind of bearish here? I mean, if you think about this, if we want to talk about what the lag effects are of these rate increases.
