i wanted to ask you a range of questions on leadership, and i'm interested to get your thoughts. The first one is around self leadership. There's a concept in the in the fully human book, of what's called the four story mansion. Human beings have got levels to them, or layas to them. Andto layers are very often at odds with each other,. so that what we're doing isn't what we really think we want to be doing, or we really feel right about.
