Are There Cultures Where Random Is Not a Concept?
Are there cultures where random is not a concept? I'm not sure. There's people that study number concepts cross culturally so I might know something about that. Babies definitely don't have a reportable concept of random because they're not talking but they could have a concept in there that they can utilize for example directing your attention. Same thing with adults humans and how similar adult representations are to each other. It won't tell you whether or not there is a non reportable concept underlining the people are utilizing for some more.
