Leaders are there to create change. That's what leaders do, is create change. And if you're not creating change, then you're not a leader. You r manager of the status quo. A true leader looks around constantly and says how can we improve? The top leaders don't think about not succeeding as failing. They think about it as learning. It's a very different mind. I mea, i know thes podcast much started with the pandemic and certainly continued through it. But my business model completely changes. I know, your business model completely changed when you look at this."
