The United States is going to take the shackles off the freckers in a very major way. Even the technology that existed for fracking three years ago versus today is night and day. I think that it's a safe bet that for any sustained period of time, unless we had weird things going on, like you shut down the Strait of Harmuz or something, we are not going to see high oil prices.
