Writing Scripts on the Morning Show

Coming off of a few seasons of writing someone else's show, how does that affect your own writing? How do you learn or how does it change? It really does affect your writing. I felt like I learned so much not only from a show owner, but just from everybody else in the room. So when I went back to write my own stuff, I definitely had to take a step back and be like, let me read some other scripts.
