In the example that you gave on pipeline generation, you talked about 21 touch points in 21 days. Can you just help educate me as to why the transparency between what you said was 11 and 21? A couple of reasons I think. Number one, part of the data point was even on what the experience that I'm having when people are reaching out to me for a new product.
