Focus on the sensation and movement of your breath in this small area. From here, become interested in one point of contact within your body or your breath is arising at your belly or your chest. Once you feel your belly or chest begin to rise, label it one. Then feel a natural pause at the top of the in-breath. Be aware of awareness energy from all around and within the pause before the out-b breaths.
