Short termism and that history is holding people back. I often there's not clear growth goals in place. So we're all about growth, but that's like me saying, alf all of us are going to walk north to day. But if we really had a very specific north direction, one specific degree on the compass we are goin to walk, we'd all end up in roughly the same place. And so when you don't have that, you get a lot of bureaucracy and politics chose. People are just there. They figured out how to game the system they're in. Not operate in a real system.
