What Do You Think About Emotions?

I think in the past people have punished you and been upset with you because you haven't done some things that you've been incapable of doing. And so I'm not expecting you to be good at this. You know, I actually I don't expect you to be bad at it either. It's just fun which is beating on me. Yeah totally cool man. So like you know if it's helpful we can try to explore emotions and maybe like help you understand what some of that stuff is. Swim around in there.
