Adobe Story, Adobe's First Real Service

As a quality director, you're usually cleaning up someone else's mess rate. By the time i discovered problems as a quality leader, it was often too late to fix them before they hit the customers. The most fun part of my job was identifying problems and figuring how we addressed those problems in the work flow. I decided i wanted to go into engineering leadership, which is crazy. It opened my eyes to a whole world things that were happening outside of broadcast and motion pictures. So i came back to adobe and i said, oh my god, we are missing this entire segment of customers. We really need to start investing in work for you tubers.
